Olutola has passion for Intellectual Property, Company Secretarial practice and Real Estate. She has extensive knowledge and experience in media and entertainment law as well as structuring real estate deals, planning, finance and obtaining regulatory anointing for transactions.
Prior to joining Maverick & Spectre, Olutola was Company Secretary and Head of Legal of a notable engineering and power solutions company in Port Harcourt, Rivers State where she advises on all legal and regulatory compliance issues pertaining to the business.
Olutola has gathered experience and expertise through her years as a legal practitioner. Her penchant for intellectual property and real estate practice had equally earned her a reputable skill and competence in these fields.
